Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust software solutions using Java and Microservices architecture.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features.
Ensure application performance, scalability, and responsiveness across distributed environments.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and best practice adoption.
Stay updated on emerging technologies to continuously improve system design and development processes.

Skills Required:

Strong proficiency in Core Java and Microservices development.
Experience in building scalable distributed systems.
Hands-on knowledge of Kafka or other messaging systems (preferred).
Solid understanding of system design, algorithms, and data structures.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
