Hiring Senior Python Developer | Azure, Pandas, DuckDB, Cosmos DB | 4–6 Yrs Experience

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Developer with strong expertise in building and deploying cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Python libraries (Pandas, DataFrames, DuckDB) and proven experience working with Azure services such as Function Apps, Cosmos DB, APIM, Web Apps, and containerized deployments. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and optimizing scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications and services.
• Work extensively with Pandas, DataFrames, and DuckDB for high-performance data processing.
• Deploy, manage, and optimize containers, Function Apps, Web Apps, and Cosmos DB on Azure.
• Configure and manage API Management (APIM) for secure and scalable API exposure.
• Implement JWT-based authentication and ensure application-level security best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, DevOps engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver cloud-native solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance and reliability.
• Write clean, scalable, and reusable code following best practices.
• Document architecture, design patterns, and technical workflows.

Required Skills & Experience

• Required Skills & ExperienceCore Expertise: Python programming with strong knowledge of Pandas, DataFrames, DuckDB, and related libraries.

• Azure Experience:

  Proven experience with Function Apps, Cosmos DB, Web Apps, API Management (APIM), and containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of cloud security principles and JWT-based authentication.
• Experience integrating and managing data services on Azure.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Azure Developer Associate / Architect certification.
• Knowledge of distributed data processing and performance optimization.
• Exposure to microservices architecture and event-driven workflows.
