Role Description

The RPA UI Path Trainer role is an on-site position in Prayagraj, offered on a contract basis. The trainer will design, plan, and deliver high-quality training sessions on RPA (Robotic Process Automation) using the UI Path platform. Responsibilities include creating training materials, conducting workshops, evaluating trainees, arranging practical assignments, and ensuring participants understand and apply RPA concepts effectively. The role also involves collaborating with the team to update training modules based on evolving technology trends and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in RPA tools and technologies, particularly in UI Path, including creating workflows and automating processes.
• Experience in training delivery, content creation, and curriculum design for technical training programs.
• Strong understanding of process automation concepts, business process mapping, and implementation strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to convey technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Previous experience in a similar role or in the corporate training domain is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and adjust to varying teaching and learning requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical discipline) is preferred.
