Job Description

We are Hiring for Quality Complaint Leader for our client company for Remote location Job description- Looking for 8+ year experience Role & responsibilities Data scrubbing InfoTrac database to support migration to Grand Avenue QMS • Lead daily quality meetings with sales, customer service, and operations teams to ensure quality complaints are handled in a timely manner and follow up with corrective action owners to ensure timely completion. Liaise with customers affected by quality complaints to ensure complete resolution and total customer satisfaction • Manage quality complaint data to effectively report out KPIs to leadership team and to ensure accurate documentation of records • Complete return merchandise authorization and return to vendor processes effectively • Manage documentation effectively of supplier corrective action reports and internal corrective action reports. Liaise with suppliers to ensure corrective action is taken to avoid future defects • Establish and communicate quality metrics and data to department managers and their teams for problem identification, resolution, loss reporting, and to ensure proper action is taken and that the steps are initiated to avoid repeat errors. • Work with the manufacturing quality lead to maintain documentation and revision level of quality documentation for all products or services • Maintain document and revision control to applicable ISO standards • Review non-conformities (NCRs) for determining root cause, creating corrective actions, providing customer follow up and close NCRs within an acceptable timeframe • Supporting customers via e-mail, phone, and other channels to assist with their inquiries or complaints and identify proper course of action. • Support vendor and department meetings for continued learning including product training, product documentation, product compliance and other functions that relates to work duties. • Assist in providing product documentation support including manuals, data sheets, quality certificates and others as needed.
