Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hiring Placement Manager located in Railmagra. The Hiring Placement Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, engaging with corporate partners, ensuring service quality, and coordinating with training programs. Daily tasks include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, facilitating communication between candidates and clients, and overseeing the candidate placement process. This role requires proactive collaboration with various departments to maintain seamless operations and meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

Experience in Hiring, Recruiting, and Service Quality
Strong Communication and Training skills
Proficiency in managing the recruitment lifecycle and engaging with corporate clients
Ability to work on-site in Railmagra
Self-motivated and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Experience in the tech industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
