About the Role:

Operations Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Management & Optimization:

• Configure and maintain the platform, setting up

  labs, challenges, and resources

  .
• Manage

  tool integrations

  (e.g.,

  Mural, Airmeet

  ) to support the program.
• Optimize

  user profiles and projects

  for better engagement.

Customer Success & Support:

• Provide chat and email-based support, addressing user inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
• Work closely with the

  development team

  to escalate and resolve technical problems.
• Use

  Intercom

  to create

  help articles, guides, and walkthroughs

  for better user support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-7 years of experience

  (at least

  1 year in Operations Support

  )
• Background in

  customer support, platform management, or project management

• Proficiency in

  Intercom, AI Chatbots, and SaaS-based tools

• Strong

  English communication skills (written & verbal)

• Experience troubleshooting

  user issues

  and working with

  technical teams

• Ability to create

  engaging support content

• Highly organized with

  strong multitasking skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in EdTech, SaaS, or online learning platforms
• Experience in customer success and operations support
• Proven track record in scaling operational processes
