Job Description

Job Purpose:

To support the HR Head in tracking position closures, upcoming hiring requirements, and overall workforce data. This role is responsible for creating, maintaining, and analyzing HR MIS reports to ensure efficient recruitment planning, position management, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update the HR MIS database for all open, closed, and upcoming positions.
Track end-to-end recruitment status: requisition raised, sourcing, interviews, offers, and closures.
Prepare dashboards and weekly/monthly reports on position status, hiring trends, and TAT (Turnaround Time).
Collaborate with HR Head, Talent Acquisition, and Business Leaders to forecast manpower requirements.
Support HR in creating recruitment pipelines for upcoming positions.
Analyze data to identify gaps, delays, or process bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in reporting metrics (e.g., position fill rate, attrition impact, aging requisitions).
Maintain confidentiality of workforce data and adhere to data protection standards.
Assist with ad-hoc HR analytics and presentations for leadership reviews.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong expertise in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR dashboards (pivot tables, lookups, charts).
Knowledge of HR processes (recruitment, workforce planning, headcount management).
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion.
Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with HRMS / ATS tools (Darwinbox preferred).
