Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Learning Content Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Co-develop learning solutions with Learning Consultants, ensuring alignment with scope and objectives.
Design and develop interactive, educational, and engaging scripts, visuals, and (online) courses.
Create e-learning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and/or Adobe.
Collaborate with external suppliers for the production of animations and web-based trainings.
Develop instructor-led courses following the Vanderlande Academy course structure.
Integrate various digital media solutions (e.g., 360 video) into digital learning content.
Maintain and update existing (online) courses based on quality guidelines, evaluation results, and feedback.
Work closely with internal and external subject matter experts and trainers during course development.
Project manage the development process, ensuring timely delivery of learning solutions.
Align design and development progress with Learning Consultants and other stakeholders.

Preferred Candidate Profile

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of how people learn and be passionate about hands-on content development. You are structured, analytical, a team player, and thrive in a dynamic technical environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
5-8 years of experience as a learning course developer, preferably in a complex and international technical environment.
Proven skills and knowledge in learning and development, including instructional design principles.
Experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe) and digital media editing tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Strong project management skills.
