Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for AR Callers and Medical Billers
Sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for US Healthcare (RCM) roles
Coordinating with hiring managers and ensuring timely closures
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 1 year of experience in hiring for AR Callers and Medical Billing roles
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good understanding of US healthcare processes, medical billing, and insurance procedures
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance
Proficient in relevant recruitment tools and software
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Team player with the ability to manage multiple requirements
