Job Description

Talent Sourcing: Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, and internal referrals). Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and short-list potential candidates. Required Candidate profile 0-2 years of experience or internship exposure in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition. Knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.) is a plus.
