Customize and configure Odoo modules for:Inventory Management (raw material & finished goods)Production & Job CardsHR & Payroll (50+ employees)Purchase & Vendor ManagementQuality Control & ComplianceCreate custom workflows/apps as per factory requirementsIntegrate Odoo with Zoho Books / other existing toolsDevelop reports, dashboards, and user access rightsProvide part-time ongoing support & troubleshooting---🎓 Requirements:Proven experience as an Odoo Developer (Community/Enterprise)Strong knowledge of Python, XML, PostgreSQL, Odoo FrameworkExperience in manufacturing/industrial ERP setups preferredAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong communication skills in English/Hindi---⏰ Job Type & Engagement:Freelance / Part-time (remote work)Engagement: 10–20 hrs/week initially (can expand)Flexible working hours, milestone-based payments---💰 Compensation:Negotiable based on experience and project scopePayment on milestone or monthly basis
