Job Overview: We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our Virtual Relationship Management team. The role involves managing client relationships remotely, offering financial products, and ensuring excellent service delivery across assigned regions. Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of clients via phone, video calls, and digital platforms. Offer investment and insurance products tailored to client needs. Maintain and deepen relationships by offering consistent, high-quality service. Generate leads and convert cross-selling opportunities from tele-calling and digital channels. Ensure timely follow-ups and client servicing. Adhere to compliance and regulatory guidelines during all customer interactions. Update customer records and maintain MIS reports accurately. Required Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in financial sectors Exposure to roles such as telecalling, lead generation (especially for life insurance), financial planning, or sales support. Educational Qualifications: BBA/MBA or equivalent qualification. Preferred Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-centric approach with a problem-solving attitude. Comfortable working from an office set-up. Ability to manage time and multitask effectively. Proficiency in regional language(s) will be an added advantage. If any candidate is interested.
