Position Overview

The Treasury Analyst will support global treasury operations, including cash management, foreign exchange risk mitigation, banking relationships, and cash forecasting. This role is critical to maintaining liquidity, optimizing cash flow, and supporting strategic financial initiatives across international footprint.

Key Responsibilities

• Cash Management & Forecasting

• Monitor daily cash positions across global entities
• Prepare and maintain short- and long-term cash flow forecasts
• Support intercompany funding and repatriation strategies

Foreign Exchange & Hedging

• Assist in managing FX exposures
• Support execution and tracking of hedging strategies
• Maintain FX policy documentation and ensure compliance

Banking & Treasury Operations

• Coordinate with domestic and international banking partners
• Support onboarding and maintenance of bank accounts and services
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and banking regulations
• Manage the Companys purchasing card program, including issuance and cancellation of
• cards, limit changes, and questions from the field

Treasury Systems & Automation

• Assist in implementing and optimizing treasury technology solutions
• Support integration with ERP and payment platforms
• Identify and execute process improvement opportunities

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare treasury-related reports for senior leadership
• Analyze trends in cash flow, FX rates, and banking fees
• Support quarterly lender reporting and audit requests

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 24 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or banking
• Strong analytical and Excel skills
• Familiarity with international banking and FX markets
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment preferred

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NetSuite
• Understanding of cash pooling, intercompany loans, and hedging instruments
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, and international teams
