1. Source potential candidates from various online channels
2. Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
3. Screen incoming resumes and application forms
4. Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
5. Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests
6. Coordinate for job openings on companys careers page, social media, job boards and internally
7. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
8. Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits (After probation)
9. Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
10. Act as a consultant to new hire and help them onboard & complete documentation process.
1. Proven experience in SAP/IT hiring within a consulting environment or similar role
2. Strong knowledge of talent sourcing strategies and recruitment tools. 3.Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills. 4.Ability to analyze hiring trends and implement proactive solutions.
5.Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with resume databases
6. Understanding of referral programs
7. Sound judgement & teamwork
