We are looking for an experienced Siebel Developer with a strong background in Siebel Configuration, E-Scripting, Workflows, EAI, and Open UI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing Siebel CRM applications to meet business requirements.
· Perform Siebel configuration and development using Siebel Tools
· Design and implement Siebel workflows, business services, and scripts
· Develop and maintain Siebel EAI integrations using web services, VBCs, and integration objects
· Customize and support Siebel Open UI components and architecture
· Handle end-to-end Siebel CRM development lifecycle including requirement analysis, development,
testing, deployment, and support
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions aligned with business goals
· Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance of existing modules
· Ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and quality practices
· Prepare technical documentation, unit test cases, and deployment instructions

· Siebel Open UI
· Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
· Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments
· Experience with PL/SQL, Shell Scripting, or Python
· Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS, OCI)
· Knowledge of Siebel Upgrade/Migration
· Familiarity with CI/CD tools and automation
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Siebel certifications (optional
but preferred)
