Job Opening: Scrum Master Chennai | Bangalore Job Location: Chennai / Bangalore Mode of Work: Work From Office (Monday to Friday) Experience Required: 7 to 15 Years Notice peroid : Immediate Joiners / Candidates Currently Serving Notice Preferred Interview Availability: Virtual interview Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a certified and experienced Scrum Master to join our Agile teams in Chennai and Bangalore . The ideal candidate is a servant leader with a strong understanding of Agile principles, excellent facilitation skills, and a passion for driving team performance and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives . Guide one or more Agile teams as a servant leader and coach . Remove team impediments to enhance productivity and performance. Shield the team from external distractions and help maintain sprint focus. Collaborate with Product Owners to manage a well-prioritized product backlog. Track and report on team metrics such as velocity and burndown charts . Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile excellence. Support Agile transformation initiatives across the organization. Work with other Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, and cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies. Required Skills and Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager. Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM I, or equivalent certification. Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.). Skilled in leading Agile ceremonies and coaching high-performing teams. Excellent facilitation , conflict resolution , and communication skills . Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally . Sound understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) .
