Job Description

Role & responsibilities Will be responsible and accountable for generating sales of Waterproofing, Expansion joint Repair work, in assigned territory Increasing market awareness of the company & brand in the given area Develop strong relations with key customers like architect, consultant, client, developers/builders/ civil contractor, applicators, govt. agencies, etc. Map and track ongoing and upcoming projects in the assigned area Generate sales enquiry and prepare order specific sales plans, as required. To provide technical support to clients and facilitate the sales To prepare, submit techno-commercial offers to the clients, negotiate and secure orders Handle the current business and target new customers segments to generate new business Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant market information Carry out market research, competitor, and customer surveys Implement actions required to improve sales performance. Preferred candidate profile B.E. /B.Tech/ Diploma in Civil Engineering. Experience: 3-5 Years (Construction/Infrastructure/Building Material Industry). Work Location:Bangalore Perks and benefits
