Job Title:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Training Specialist with 2 years of experience in the General Insurance industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs related to Health and Motor Insurance. The role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of insurance products and regulations, and proficiency in using Learning Management Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver training programs for Health and Motor Insurance products.
Develop instructional materials, training manuals, and e-learning content.
Conduct training needs assessments and evaluate training effectiveness.
Stay updated with industry regulations, standards, and product updates.
Ensure training aligns with compliance and operational requirements.
Maintain and update training records through the LMS.
Facilitate interactive sessions using strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Travel to regional locations for on-site training as needed.
Communicate effectively in regional languages to enhance learner engagement.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in training delivery in the insurance domain.
Strong knowledge of General Insurance products, especially Health and Motor.
Familiarity with insurance regulations and industry best practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Willingness to travel and conduct training across multiple locations.
Proficiency in one or more regional languages.
