Role Overview

IT Software Trainer specializing in Java

Mendix technologies

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver
Java training programs
for interns and new employees.
Create and maintain
training materials, assessments, and practical exercises
.
Conduct
hands-on coding sessions
and guide learners through real-world projects.
Assess trainees’ progress and provide
constructive feedback
and mentoring.
Stay current with the
latest trends and updates in Java and related technologies
.
Collaborate with internal teams to align training content with project requirements.
Support the onboarding process for new joiners by bridging technical skill gaps.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in
Computer Science, IT, or related field
.
Minimum
4 years of experience
as a Java Developer or Java Trainer.
Strong expertise in
Core Java, Advanced Java, Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs
.
Familiarity with
database technologies
(MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
Excellent
communication and presentation
skills.
Passion for teaching, mentoring, and continuous learning.

Preferred Skills

Experience with
Mendix technologies
(low-code application development) is a strong plus.
Exposure to
corporate training programs or academic teaching

Knowledge of
software development best practices and agile methodologies
