What you will do at HGS

We are looking for dynamic and result oriented SAC Planning Consultants to join our fast-growing Planning practice.

Candidate should be self-motivated and possess right experience in areas of Financial planning. They should have excellent problem solving and analytical skills along with superb written and oral communication skills to develop solutions that delight our customers.

What we are looking for:

• Candidate should have experience of 3-12 years in SAP Planning Tools.
• Must have worked on at-least 1-2 end-end Implementation Projects in SAC Planning.
• Experience in planning, forecasting & Budgeting Cycles for Revenue, OPEX, CAPEX, Headcount Financial Model, Demand Planning etc.
• Hands-on experience on SAC as a planning tool, designing/implementing data model
• Good Understanding of SAP data structures, End to End dataflow, SAC predictive capabilities, augmented analytics, forecasting, etc
• Good understanding of data visualization techniques, dashboarding and KPIs
• Ability to design and present effective story boards.
• Must be exposed to Onsite-Offshore delivery model and should be able to deliver as per Project plan.
• Good verbal/written communication skills are a must.
• Good to have:
• SAP BPC Implementation Experience
• SAP BW Exposure.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Business (Finance) to gather the requirement.
• Understand existing landscape and business objectives of the customers.
• Translate their explicit and implicit requirements into optimal, scalable, high performance SAC Planning solution.
• Modify existing solutions to enhance, optimize, or to incorporate new functionality
• Ensure high quality of deliverables from self and team.
• Provide candid, meaningful feedback and regular progress updates to the team and customer.
