Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct call audits to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Analyze calls to identify areas of improvement for agents.
  • Provide feedback to agents on their performance and suggest training where necessary.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to develop strategies for improving overall call quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of audit findings and recommendations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong understanding of BPO industry processes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to provide constructive feedback effectively.
  • 1-6 years of experience in a similar role (quality analysis or call audit).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
