Requirements:

Strong understanding of sales funnels and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Ability to coach agents on objection handling, negotiation techniques, and customer need.
Data-driven mindset to identify performance and learning gaps.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Design and update training materials, SOPs, and scripts aligned with product launched by client.
Collaborate closely with Operations, QA, and Clients to ensure training alignment with business objectives.
Track training effectiveness through conversion rates, revenue metrics, and quality scores.
Maintain training documentation, records, and MIS reports.
