Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiters (IT & Non-IT) to join our team at our Hyderabad office. The role is open to both freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity with a strong growth path. Selected candidates will undergo an internship for the first two months, with a stipend of 15,000 per month, and upon satisfactory performance, they will be converted to full-time employees from the third month onwards with a salary of 20,000 (take-home) along with attractive incentives, paid leaves, early logouts, and other perks.

As an HR Recruiter, you will handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including understanding job requirements, preparing job descriptions, posting jobs on portals, sourcing and screening candidates, shortlisting suitable profiles, and scheduling interviews. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, be a good team player, and demonstrate adaptability to dynamic hiring needs.

Education: Any Degree (Graduates in any stream)

Gender: Female candidates only

Experience: 0 - 2 years

Skills: Good communication skills, teamwork, adaptability, time management

Salary & Benefits:

Internship (First 3 Months): 15,000 per month (Stipend)
