Role & responsibilities Prepare material submittals including required technical documents and calculations Prepare replies to consultants comments Attend meetings with consultant/client/contractor, as and when technical clarification is required on the materials submittals or the system designs Prepare the documents for submission Coordinate with the manufacturer/local suppliers for technical documents/support Provide technical knowledge, provide advice and support on a range of products; Responsible for quantity take-off; Coordinate System Integration Drawings Coordinating with CAD designers to prepare shop drawings and schematic diagrams as per the project and local jurisdiction requirements Determine client /consultant requirements and coordinate value proposition design. Prepare technical submittals as per set timelines to meet the submission target date. Quality control of technical submittal solution that are delivered to clients and ensure they are in line with clients requirements, sales strategy and Sibca business goals. Be responsible for assessing engineering drawings, abbreviations, technical specifications, quantity assessment, initial bid proposal etc Preferred candidate profile Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum Experience: • 3+ years’ experience in Sales Support Functions of BMS products and Services.
