We are looking to hire MIS Executive- US Staffing for Noida location.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, consolidate, and analyze recruiter/ team performance data across US staffing accounts.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports (submission tracker, interview tracker, offer-to-join ratio, revenue reports, etc.).
• Maintain databases and ensure accuracy of data related to recruitment lifecycle (submissions, interviews, offers, closures).
• Track individual recruiter productivity, client-wise hiring progress, and account-level performance.
• Generate dashboards and presentations for management review.
• Coordinate with recruitment managers and account leads for data validation and reporting.
• Automate reporting processes wherever possible to reduce manual work.
• Support management in business planning, forecasting, and performance improvement initiatives.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of

  MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Macros)

  and reporting tools.
• Experience with

  ATS/CRM tools

  (e.g., Bullhorn, JobDiva, Ceipal, Salesforce, or similar preferred).
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with large sets of data and provide meaningful insights.
• Prior experience in

  MIS / Reporting

  within a

  US Staffing / Recruitment

  environment is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / BCA / MBA).
• 14 years of experience as MIS Executive / Reporting Analyst, preferably in staffing/recruitment domain.
• Willingness to work in US shift timings (Night Shift).
