MIS Analyst

Role Overview

The MIS Analyst will support business finance activities, ensuring smooth processing of incentives and assisting the FP&A team with performance and KPI analysis. This role involves managing monthly, quarterly, and annual incentive plans, and providing data-driven insights to optimize cost and enhance employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Incentives (80%)

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual incentive reports
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Assist in policy development to optimize incentive costs
• Resolve queries related to performance metrics and incentive calculations
• Provide forecasts and analysis for incentive plans
• Audit incentive calculations across functions

Financial Analysis (20%)

• Support FP&A in building financial models for reporting
• Analyze variances between actual and budgeted performance
• Provide insights for strategic decision-making
• Assist with ad-hoc finance tasks under tight deadlines

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any stream with

  2+ years of experience

  in MIS

• 1+ year experience

  in incentives/performance management preferred
• Strong command over spreadsheets and logical functions
• Flexibility to adjust shift timings as needed
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
• Basic dashboarding skills preferred
