Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a MERN Stack Trainer located in Haridwar. The MERN Stack Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs on the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js). Day-to-day tasks include preparing instructional materials, conducting training sessions, assessing trainees' progress, providing constructive feedback, and updating the curriculum as needed to reflect industry trends. The trainer will also be expected to assist in developing project-based learning activities to enhance practical understanding.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
  • Experience in developing training materials and conducting instructional sessions
  • Strong understanding of web development, UI/UX design, and front-end frameworks
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to assess trainee progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Experience in education or corporate training is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
