Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager/Store Head at a luxury jewelry brand in Odisha, India. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure superior customer satisfaction, manage staff, and handle retail loss prevention. The Store Manager will also be responsible for maintaining high service standards, effective communication with customers and staff, and overall store management.
