Job Description

Logistics Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage shipping document packages in the ERP system.
Accurately update shipping information in the ERP systems on a daily basis.
Follow up with forwarders on shipment status to ensure timely delivery.
Process Arrival Notice for Customs brokers to clear shipments into the US.
Prepare ISF filing in the US Customs system.
Coordinate trucking arrangements for US domestic and warehouse shipments once goods arrive at US ports.
Review and schedule Freight Forwarder invoices for payment.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Detail-oriented and proficient in using ERP systems and Microsoft applications.
Minimum 2 years of experience in international logistics, with expertise in dealing with LCL/FCL truckers/forwarders in the North American market.
