About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and driven IT Recruiter (Onsite) to join our team at our clients office in HITEC City, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment.This is an onsite role within a client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions – from requirement gathering to onboarding
Collaborate closely with client hiring managers to understand job requirements and project timelines
Source candidates through multiple channels: job boards, social media, referrals, and databases
Coordinate and schedule interviews, follow up with stakeholders, and manage candidate feedback
Maintain and update applicant records.
Ensure timely closures of open positions.
Provide regular updates and reports to internal and client-side stakeholders.
Requirements:
4+ years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment (RPO or client-side experience preferred)
Good understanding of various IT technologies, tools, and hiring trends
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn).
Work Mode:
Onsite – Client office located in HITEC City, Hyderabad
