IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster), headhunting, referrals, and social media platforms.
Understand client requirements in detail and map the right talent accordingly.
Conduct initial screening, evaluate candidate fitment, and manage interview coordination.
Handle niche and volume hiring mandates across IT skills (ERP, Cloud, Development, Testing, Infra).
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
Partner with internal teams and external clients for seamless hiring delivery.
Follow up with candidates post-offer till onboarding, ensuring a smooth joining process.
I intain recruitment reports and dashboards for regular updates.I
