Job role: Customer handling specialist
Shift: US rotational shift, 5 days working , 2 days rotational off
Salary: upto 3.8lpa, plus attractive bonus and incentives
Location: Koramangala, Manyata tech park.
Roles and responsibilities:
1. Attending customers via calls to resolve their queries.
2. Listen to customer concerns, empathize, and take action to resolve issues
3. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
4. Create guidelines and strategies to improve customer experience and satisfaction
5. Diagnose and fix problems with products or services.
6. Create a positive experience for customers and build trust.
