Job Title: International Voice Process Telecom Domain (US/UK Shift)

Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru(officebased only no virtual/remote)

• US shift for both freshers and experienced

• 2 way cab within 25 kms radius only

• UK shift available only for freshers

• salary fresher 25k take home, experienced 30% hike from your current ctc, Max 6.5lpa

Candidate Requirements

• Education:

• Freshers Must be a

  professional degree

  holder .

• 12th pass with relevant experience

  is acceptable.
• Open/distance/university correspondence qualifications are not eligible.
  

• Experience:

• Freshers:

  No prior work experience required; however,

  excellent communication in spoken and written English

  is must.

• Experienced:

  Minimum

  1 year in International Voice Process

  (telecom or customer service voice process only).

• Location:

  Must be based in

  Bengaluru

  and able to work

  in-office

  ; face-to-face onboarding and training are required.

• Cab Service:

  Provided for candidates residing within 25km of Koramangala.

• Incentives and Bonuses:

  Based on individual performance metrics and productivity.

• Insurance Coverage:

  Company-provided medical and/or life insurance depending on policy.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle

  inbound and outbound international voice calls

  , delivering customer service with a professional and courteous tone.
• Provide accurate and clear information about telecom products, services, plans, billing changes, and technical troubleshooting.
  
• Ensure

  first-call resolution

  by resolving most customer requests independently; escalate complex issues promptly to relevant teams.
• Maintain

  high accuracy in handling customer data and transactions

  while adhering strictly to company policies and quality standards.
