International Voice Process

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle international customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Provide accurate information and ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
  • Maintain detailed call logs and update CRM systems regularly.
  • Meet performance KPIs such as AHT, CSAT, and other service metrics.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Minimum

    6 months of experience

    in an International BPO/Call Center (Voice Process) preferred.
