Job Description

International Customer Support (Voice )

Handle inbound and outbound interactions through
voice, chat, and email
.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and technical issues effectively.
Ensure excellent customer experience with professional and empathetic communication.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
Maintain records and update CRM tools as per process guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:
Intermediate / Graduate / Undergraduate (any discipline).
Experience:

Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
1 years of international customer support experience preferred (voice/technical support).

Skills Required:

Excellent spoken & written English.
Problem-solving and adaptability to rotational shifts.
Strong interpersonal & customer handling skills.

Salary Range:
3.0 LPA 4.5 LPA (based on experience & last CTC).
Take Home:
Fresher 17K to 18K | Experienced up to 26K.
Performance incentives + travel allowances.
Cab facility (1-way/2-way up to 25 km, depending on process).
Shifts:
Rotational | 5 days working | 2 rotational offs.
