Job Description

We are Hiring Technical Support (Service Desk L1)

APPLY FAST REQUIREMENT IS LIMITED - IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY

Hyderabad (Hitech City / Bahadurpally)

What you'll do:

Act as
first point of contact
for IT issues (Voice Calls / Minimal Emails and Chat)
Provide
L1 Technical Support
(AD, O365, Exchange, VPN, Citrix, Hardware, Network, MS Office)
Log & track tickets in ITSM tools (ServiceNow / Remedy / HPSM)
Escalate to L2 teams when required & ensure SLA compliance

What were looking for:

Strong communication skills
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Networking, AD, MS Office
Minimum 6 months of international voice experience is mandatory for experienced candidates.
Flexible to work in rotational shifts
ITIL knowledge an advantage

Active Directory (User Management, Password Reset, Account Unlock)
Microsoft Office & O365 Support (Outlook, Excel, Teams)

VPN / Citrix / Exchange Support
Hardware & Network Troubleshooting (LAN, Printers, Devices)
Remote Troubleshooting (Desktop, Laptop, Mobile, Printers)
Antivirus, Patch Management, SCCM basics
Voice / Email / Chat (Excellent Communication Skills) Knowledge of ITIL Processes
