Handle international customer calls professionally
Resolve queries and provide timely solutions
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Maintain call quality and follow process guidelines
Update customer information accurately in systems
Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
Freshers or experienced candidates welcome
Comfortable working in night shifts
