Looking for Field Sales Executive for Multiple Location - Preferred Immediate Joiner only with Good Communication

Exp: 2+ Years

Location: Bangalore , Hyderabad , Ahemadabad , Indore , MP or Nagpur

Notice Period: Immediate - Serving Notice Period

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients including hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers for digitization services.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with decision-makers including hospital administrators, CIOs, operations heads, and medical records officers.
  • Present and demonstrate ManageMyHealths digitization offerings and explain key benefits such as improved access to patient data, compliance with medical regulations, and enhanced operational efficiency.
  • Build relationships with hospital influencers, IT heads, and compliance officers to understand evolving needs.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, industry events, and cold visits.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the pre-sales and solution teams to provide customized proposals.
  • Maintain and manage a pipeline of active opportunities and follow through until closure.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and periodic updates
  • Collaborate with the marketing and inside sales teams to qualify leads and convert them into on-ground meetings.
  • Provide market insights and feedback from clients to the product and strategy teams.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings, proposals, and closures.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably Business, Marketing, IT, or Healthcare).
  • 2–5 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, or institutional sales. Experience in healthcare, IT solutions, or SaaS products is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence hospital stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel locally or regionally as required.
  • Good understanding of sales cycles, client onboarding, and solution selling.
  • Self-starter with high initiative and accountability.
