Job description GREETINGS FROM TECH MAHINDRA Minimum 1 Year work experience in email and chat is mandatory JOB DESCRIPTION: ON Role: Customer Support Associate - Calls and Email support. Nature of Job: Resolving the queries of the customer via calls, Email and Chat. Qualification: Any Arts and Science and Engineering graduates can apply. Should have good communication in Hindi and English. Should have basic knowledge about Customer Support roles and responsibilities. Fixed Day shift and One day Rotational week off. Work Location: Electronic City Phase 2, Bangalore. Experience: Min 12 months to 2 years. UG: Any Graduate PG: Any Postgraduate.
