• Freshers: 15,000 Take Home
  
• Experienced: 19,000 CTC | 14,500 Take Home
  

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
  
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate solutions
  
• Resolve customer issues by clarifying concerns and offering alternatives
  
• Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department
  
• Maintain proper call documentation and follow company guidelines
  
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication

• Good verbal communication skills

• Willingness to work in rotational schedules
  

Customer Support Executive Email & Chat Process

Process:

Eligibility:

• Qualification: Graduate Only
  
• Experience: Freshers
  
• Languages: English & Hindi (Mandatory)
  
• Typing Speed: Good typing speed required
  
• Skill Set: V54 / V5 Skill Set
  

Salary:

• 16,700 Take Home
  

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through email and chat
  
• Provide timely and accurate responses as per SLA
  
• Maintain quality standards and documentation
  
• Coordinate with internal teams when required
  
• Occasionally handle voice calls when required

International Voice Process – Customer Support

Mode:

Eligibility:

• Education: Under Graduates / Any Graduate
  
• Experience:

  Only International Voice Experience Required

  (Chat, Email, AR Calling experience will NOT be considered)
  
• Language: Fluent English (Voice Mandatory)
  

Salary Package (Take Home):

• Fresher (International Voice): 23,000
  
• 6–18 Months Experience: 33,000
  
• Above 18 Months Experience: 39,000

• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
