Role & responsibilities - We are writing to you requesting your assistance in recruiting Customer Care Executives for our fertility centre in Secunderabad. We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others. Ideally, we would like candidates who are fluent in English and Telugu, with Hindi proficiency being a plus. Experience in outbound calling or sales, particularly in the healthcare industry, would be an advantage. We are looking for individuals who are: * Customer-focused: Able to build rapport with patients and provide personalized support. * Target-driven: Committed to achieving daily and monthly targets while maintaining high levels of patient satisfaction. * Team players: Collaborative and able to work effectively within a team environment. * Punctual and adaptable: Comfortable working in rotational shifts with 6 days working and 1 day off per week. Preferred candidate profile
