Non-Voice Process Associate (UK Shift)

5 Days a Week | 2 Rotational Offs

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification:

  10th Pass and above

• B.Tech and Postgraduate freshers are not eligible

• Strong command of

  written and spoken English

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet browsing)
  
• Prior BPO or customer support experience is an added advantage
  
• Open to

  freshers

  and

  experienced candidates

Key Responsibilities:

For Non-Voice Process:

• Respond to customer inquiries through

  email and chat

  support
• Resolve queries efficiently while maintaining a professional tone
  
• Accurately update customer details in internal systems
  
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of open issues
  
• Deliver high-quality service in line with defined KPIs
  

For Blended Process (Voice + Non-Voice):

• Handle both

  voice (inbound/outbound calls)

  and

  non-voice (email/chat)

  interactions
• Address customer concerns with clarity, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach
  
• Escalate unresolved issues appropriately while keeping the customer informed
  
• Ensure all communication is documented and updated in real-time
  
• Meet performance metrics like First Call Resolution (FCR), Accuracy, and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
