Key Responsibilities:

1. Content review: Review and moderate online content, including text, images, and videos, to ensure compliance with community guidelines and standards.

2. Enforcement: Enforce content policies and guidelines, and take appropriate action when content violates these guidelines.

3. Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, including content reviewers, and provide feedback on content moderation decisions.

4. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of content moderation decisions and actions taken.

5. Quality assurance: Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure consistency and accuracy in content moderation decisions.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

1. Education: Mandatory Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

2. Experience: Minimum 1.5 years of experience in content moderation

3. Excellent communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

4. Attention to detail: Ability to review content carefully and accurately.

5. Analytical skills: Ability to analyze content and make informed decisions.

Skills:

1. Content moderation experience: Experience with content moderation tools and platforms.

2. Knowledge of community guidelines: Familiarity with community guidelines and standards for online content.

3. Strong judgment: Ability to make informed decisions about content moderation.

4. Communication and collaboration: Ability to work effectively with internal teams and communicate clearly.
