1.Financial Leadership & Governance
*Lead overall financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.*Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and risk management.*Oversee statutory audits, internal audits, taxation, and regulatory compliance.*Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital allocation.*Present financial performance and MIS to the Board and senior leadership.
2. Commercial Strategy & Revenue Management
*Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and margins.*Lead pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and trade terms.*Oversee Modern Trade, General Trade, E-commerce, and Institutional sales commercials (where applicable).*Evaluate profitability by product, channel, customer, and geography.*Support business expansion, new market entry, and product launches.
3. Business Partnering & Decision Support
*Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations.*Provide financial insights for business cases, investments, and capex proposals.*Drive cost optimization, productivity improvement, and margin enhancement.*Support leadership in strategic planning and M&A evaluations (if applicable).
4. Commercial Operations & Controls
*Oversee claims management, credit control, customer reconciliations, and receivables.*Establish robust trade marketing ROI measurement.*Ensure adherence to commercial policies, discount structures, and approval matrices.*Strengthen SOPs for billing, collections, and revenue recognition.
5. Team Leadership & Capability Building
*Lead and mentor Finance, Commercial, and Accounts teams.*Build a high-performance culture with strong ethics and accountability.*Drive digitalization and automation of finance and commercial processes.
