Job Description

  • Partner with Account Executives and Sales teams to understand customer requirements and challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal technology competency teams to design and architect comprehensive technical solutions that align with client business objectives and ensure proposed solutions are feasible and meet customer needs.
  • Good understanding of Managed Services offering for Run and Transform, including new operating model, AI-led Automation, new emerging GCCs model and pricing strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

  • Demonstrated experience in conducting competitive analysis and developing innovative pricing strategies.
  • Lead pre-sales engagements, including presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts (POCs).
  • Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Participate in proactive proposal creation.
  • Contribute to pre-sales collateral and presentations.
  • This role will be within the Coforge Technologies Cloud & Infrastructure Management Services (CIMS) organization and aligned to the DWS practice area. This is part of the CIMS horizontal, which services all vertical customer segments across regions.
  • The CIMS Digital Workplace Service practice area provides Workplace services consulting and transformation services to enterprises across the region.
  • Workplace Services span across Service Desk, Field Services, End User support and End User Computing platform transformation and migration services, and covers key components of a Modern Digital Workplace such as Artificial Intelligence, Automation, Analytics, Cloud Workplace and Mobility.
  • The Solution Architect - Digital Workplace Services will lead Workplace engagements across the globe, encompassing building new capabilities, consultative sales, pre-sales and transformation leadership of Workplace Solutions to drive increased pipeline and revenue associated with the DWS practice area.
  • Strategically contributing to DWS practices and engagement with front end team with innovative & transformative solutions, costpricing models and benchmarking industry trends
  • Engage and lead front-end client presentations, due diligence, customer checkpoints and management legal reviews
  • Manage end-to-end RFIRFPs to provide client-specific high-level technology solution designs, associated costs, appropriate implementation timelines and respond to client due diligence & Security questionnaires
  • Lead technology onboarding and transitions for new client engagements (Inorganic or Organic).
  • Effectively manage internal & external stakeholder teams and ensure delivery of all milestones and the final project deliverables.
  • Mature and strengthen DWS practice by identifying, developing and onboarding new toolstechnologiessolutions and vendors through market study and other research initiatives
  • Supports or leads Business Development activities and meetings for Workplace opportunities during all phases i.e. RFI & RFP, Solution Defense, Customer Presentation, Due Diligence representations and coordination.
  • Delivers the end-to-end solution design across various Workplace services technologies such as Mobility, M365O365, Teams, G-Suite, Win 10, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, Service Desk, Field Services, etc. Do the costing and migration planning and ensures the IT Architecture solution responds to the business requirements of the customers in the most cost-effective and in
