b) Conduct weekly kaizen meeting to monitor progress in Kaizen.
c) Maintain Kaizen MIS for the Organization.
d) Drive Innovation and continuous improvement culture across Organization.
e) Problem solving and critical thinking mindset.
f) Conduct 5S audit identify improvement and compliance status.
g) Maintain 5’S data and publish Bi-weekly/Monthly 5’S’ report.
h) Facilitation to all team members for continuous improvement.
i) Project management for critical projects and ensure timely completion.
