1. Allocation of the manpower in the area.
2. Planning (Micro plan) & monitoring of the daily activity in the area as per the plan.
3. Training of the workmen on department SOP, cGMP, Safety and EMS.
4. Compliance to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, systems in the area.
5. Coordinating with RM stores for Raw materials.
6. Equipment operation, Cleaning & Production Execution.
7. Cooperation for Calibration & Qualification Activities.
8. Coordinating with engineering department for machine maintenance.
9. Monitoring the housekeeping activities in the area.
10. Increase the output per machine there by producing high volumes & comparison over the last year.
11. Product wise improvements batch yield than last year.
12. Completion of the orders as per the due date.
13. Updating all the documents on daily basis.
14. Monitoring & control the activity in the Intermediate storage area.
15. Preparation the daily & monthly report in the area.
16. SAP activity related to manufacturing to be performed on daily basis.
