Hexaware is Hiring For Business Analyst Role - Analyst / Senior Analyst - Chennai Experience: 1-7 Years Qualification: Any graduate Location: Thoraipakkam - Chennai One IT SEZ. Required Skills: • Should know the Commercial cards systems (ECS+, CM, CCRS, BRD, FRD etc) logically well. Good understanding on Commercial cards business. • Knowledge in Vision Plus. • Should have knowledge & experience of handling SDLC of any bank product development (not expected on code development experience) and ability to manage the project deliverables. • Need to have Analytical knowledge to analyze the impact of any change in process or system. • Should have experience in understanding the methodology of SIPOC in any banking product. Having the capability to understand the file structures and mapping those with the system files. • Be a point person within the functions responsible on all aspects of work relating to Commercial Card launches into New Markets and handling Major projects. • The resource will act as a subject matter expert, fielding escalations and managing relationships with key partners globally in the event of Product launches, client complaints, exception management or contingency. .
