Job Opening: German Language Expert Customer Support

About the Role:

We are seeking a

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality customer support in

German

via phone, email, and chat
Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and empathetically
Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records
Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
Share insights and feedback to improve the overall customer experience
Ensure all communications comply with company policies and standards

Requirements:

Proficiency in German (minimum B2 level)

both spoken and written
At least

6 months of experience

in a customer support or similar role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to

multitask

and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills; experience with support tools is a plus
Available to join immediately
