Hiring For AR Caller - Physician Billing (only For Experienced)

Role & Responsibilities

• Review and analyze

  CMS-1500 (HCFA 1500)

  claim forms for accurate billing.
• Utilize

  CCI

  and

  McKesson

  coding tools to validate and optimize medical codes.
• Check claim status, eligibility, and coverage details through

  payer websites

  .
• Work across multiple specialties, including:
  
• Cardiology
  
• Radiology
  
• Gastroenterology
  
• Pediatrics
  
• Orthopedics
  
• Emergency Medicine
  
• Surgery
  
• Submit claims through

  Clearing House systems

  such as

  Waystar

  and other e-commerce platforms.
• Apply correct

  CPT ranges and modifiers

  for accurate coding and billing.
• Conduct

  voice-based communication

  with payers and medical staff to resolve billing discrepancies and support claim processing.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Must be a

  Graduate

  (any stream).
• Minimum 1

  years of experience

  in Physician RCM and

  AR Calling

  .
• Basic knowledge of

  CMS-1500

  and other healthcare billing forms.
• Proficiency in medical coding tools like

  CCI

  and

  McKesson

  .
• Strong familiarity with

  payer portals

  and their workflows.
• Expertise in multiple specialties: cardiology, radiology, gastroenterology, pediatrics, orthopedics, emergency medicine, and surgery.
  
• Understanding of Clearing House systems such as

  Waystar

  .
• Excellent

  communication skills

  .
• Comfortable working

  night shifts

  .
• Ready to join

  immediately or within 10 days

  .

Work Timings & Transportation

• Candidate must stay

  within 25 km

  of

  Sutherland.

• Two-way cab facility

  available within the 25 km radius.
• Shift timing:

  6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST

  (Night Shift).

• Monday to Friday

  working;

  Saturday & Sunday off

  .
• Role requires

  Work from Office (WFO)

  .
